4. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

- A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error occurred from our side
